Product Manager – Product Layer of CTRM System

About the role

We are building a product layer for a CTRM system that will run the full deal lifecycle for an international oil‑products trader. The role owns the definition, prototype and delivery of what each user – trader, operator, economist and financier – sees and does.

Key responsibilities

• Interview traders, operators, economists and financiers to write role definitions and turn them into working prototypes.
• Own the backlog and sprint scope for the product layer, deciding what ships, what is cut, and defending those decisions in demos.
• Prototype screens early using AI, define required data, calculations and services, and coordinate with engineering.

Required profile

• 5+ years product‑management experience on complex B2B systems where wrong numbers have financial impact (trading, fintech, logistics, ERP).
• Ability to absorb unfamiliar domains quickly (pricing formulas, Incoterms, demurrage, netback) through interviews and documents.
• Fluent Russian and good English for client sessions.

Required skills

• Proficiency using AI tools as the primary way of working, including prompting and validation.
• Experience designing wire‑frame level screens and translating them into specifications.
