Product Marketing Manager – Consumer Apps & Benefits

About the role

Visa is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead growth for its Consumer App and Benefits portfolios across the CEMEA region. You will bridge product insight and market demand, crafting compelling narratives and campaigns that drive app downloads, active usage, and benefit redemption.

Key responsibilities

• Own the marketing plan for Visa’s consumer apps, driving downloads and monthly active users through DTC and issuer‑led (B2B2C) campaigns.
• Prioritize and translate CEMEA benefits across Travel, Dining, Wellness, Entertainment, and Sports into go‑to‑market plans.
• Develop and maintain editorial strategy and guidelines for consumer apps, supporting regional launches.
• Convert consumer behavior data into campaign and content decisions, collaborating with media and creative teams.
• Partner with regional marketing, issuer teams, and agencies to localize global toolkits and activation plans.
• Support product and campaign launches with messaging, sales enablement content, and sequencing.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate research, analysis, and reporting while ensuring accuracy.

Required profile

• 5+ years of product, growth, or consumer‑app marketing experience, preferably in payments, fintech, or loyalty programs.
• Proven ability to turn product capabilities and consumer insights into growth‑focused campaigns.
• Strong collaboration skills across product, regional marketing, issuers, and creative/media teams in a matrixed environment.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation abilities for consumer, partner, and executive audiences.
• Organizational and project‑management expertise to juggle multiple portfolios and market priorities.
