Social Media Junior Account Executive – Graduate / Entry Level

About the role

NNC is seeking a curious and organised Graduate Social Media Account Executive to support client accounts from brief to delivery. You will work closely with account managers and cross‑functional teams, learning how social media campaigns are managed in a fast‑moving agency.

Key responsibilities

• Support account managers with day‑to‑day client communication, meeting notes and follow‑ups.
• Coordinate monthly social media content calendars, turning client requests into internal briefs and tracking delivery.
• Develop a working understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, X, LinkedIn, Facebook and emerging platforms.
• Review Arabic and English content for accuracy, cultural relevance and brand compliance.
• Collect basic performance data, support weekly/monthly reporting and help identify simple patterns.
• Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) responsibly for research, idea generation and workflow optimisation.

Required profile

• Native‑level Arabic speaker with professional proficiency in English.
• Strong interest in social media, digital culture and brands.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time‑management.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn quickly and ability to ask clarifying questions.
• Professional attitude when communicating with clients and colleagues.
