Product Specialist – Aesthetic Medical Device

About the role

Imdad is seeking a proactive Product Specialist to promote and sell its aesthetic medical devices across the United Arab Emirates. You will work directly with doctors, clinics and key decision‑makers, delivering product demonstrations, training and after‑sales support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and create sales opportunities through consultative selling and regular customer visits.
• Conduct in‑service training, product demonstrations and presentations at client sites.
• Maintain up‑to‑date customer records, including ownership, equipment and contact details.
• Submit weekly reports on sales activities, competitor actions and pricing changes.
• Assist with accounts receivable follow‑up for assigned sales accounts.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with doctors, key personnel and decision‑makers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science, biomedical engineering or a related scientific field.
• 2–3 years of experience selling aesthetic medical devices in the UAE.
• Valid UAE driving licence and personal vehicle.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English.
