Product Specialist - Men's Health Supplements

About the role

Tribe Wellness Sales is looking for a Product Specialist to promote men’s health supplements. You will work remotely, turning online purchases into lasting health transformations for customers. The position is commission‑only and offers unlimited earning potential.

Key responsibilities

• Sell a range of health supplement products and related services to new and existing customers.
• Convert prospects into loyal brand advocates through personalized consultations.
• Participate in ongoing training and mentorship to master the sales process and product knowledge.
• Maintain a daily schedule of 12‑15 appointment calls, starting at 8 AM CST.
• Utilize provided sales tools (Rippling, Salesforce) to track leads and close deals.

Required profile

• Highly‑driven self‑starter motivated by growth and sales performance.
• Genuine interest or background in men’s health, fitness, or performance nutrition.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work full‑time (40 hours/week) in a remote environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet, a functional laptop/desktop and a clear microphone for phone and video calls.
