Product Specialist – Orthodontic Solutions (GCC & North Africa)

About the role

The Product Specialist will drive growth and adoption of Ormco’s Fixed Appliances portfolio (wires & brackets) and Spark Clear Aligners across the GCC and North Africa region. Reporting to the Regional Manager, Ortho MEA, the role blends deep clinical knowledge with commercial execution to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Accelerate sales of Ormco wires, brackets and Spark Aligners by developing and executing regional go‑to‑market plans.
• Identify, qualify and nurture new revenue opportunities from dental practices and orthodontic clinics.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer service, operations and delivery teams to ensure seamless product delivery and supply‑chain performance.
• Provide product training, clinical demonstrations and technical support to orthodontists and dental teams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to inform product positioning and growth strategies.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in dental or orthodontic sales, preferably within the GCC or North Africa.
• Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead validation to product delivery.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills with dental professionals.
