Product Specialist – UDS Data Management (Dubai)

About the role

Dell Technologies is seeking an experienced Outside Sales Product Specialist to drive growth of its Unified Data Services (UDS) Data Management portfolio in the United Arab Emirates. You will work with large enterprise customers, positioning modern data platforms as the foundation for analytics and AI initiatives. The role combines technical expertise with sales acumen to acquire new customers, expand existing accounts, and influence strategic data transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage senior technical and business decision‑makers (CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, Heads of Data, Analytics, and AI) to understand their data and AI objectives.
• Demonstrate the value of Dell’s AI Data Platform and Data Engines, articulating ROI and cost‑optimization benefits.
• Develop and execute account strategies aligned with customers’ data, analytics, and AI transformation initiatives.
• Position Dell’s solutions against incumbent and next‑generation data platform providers, winning competitive deals.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise sales experience in data management, analytics or AI platforms, preferably with vendors such as Databricks, Snowflake, Denodo, Informatica, Teradata or ScaleAI.
• 8–12 years of relationship‑selling experience with a proven track record of new customer acquisition and account expansion.
• Bachelor’s degree and strong communication skills for senior‑level stakeholder engagement.

Required skills

• Data management, analytics, MLOps and AI platform expertise.
• Modern data architectures: data warehouses, data lakes, lakehouse models and vector databases.
• Retrieval‑augmented generation (RAG) and unstructured data processing for intelligent search, document analysis and conversational AI.
• Data engineering, business intelligence (BI) and data‑science workflow knowledge.
