Product Technical Associate

About the role

Circles is seeking a hands‑on Product Technical Associate to support the launch and growth of its new digital telco brand in the MENA region. The role acts as the primary technical liaison between Circles’ SaaS platform and local telco partners, ensuring smooth integration and delivery of localized product features.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for technical matters with senior stakeholders from partner organisations.
• Coordinate and execute platform integrations, troubleshoot issues, and ensure performance stability.
• Localise global product functionalities to meet regional regulatory and market requirements.
• Collaborate with internal product, engineering and operations teams to drive implementation excellence.
• Support roadmap execution by providing technical feedback and documentation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with senior partners and cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working in a telecom or SaaS environment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, multi‑cultural setting.

Required skills

• Understanding of telecom network concepts and integration processes.
• Familiarity with SaaS platforms and API‑based connectivity.
