Production Assembler

About the role

The Production Assembler will join POWERTECH’s centre of excellence for propulsion technologies, assembling advanced turbine and propulsion system components such as micro‑jet and turbofan engines. The role focuses on precise mechanical and electronic assembly in line with engineering specifications, production schedules and strict aerospace quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Execute assembly operations according to the approved production schedule and daily manufacturing targets.
• Perform mechanical and electronic assembly of turbine and propulsion components following engineering drawings, work instructions and assembly procedures.
• Carry out fine alignment, fitment, torque‑controlled fastening and adjustment activities to meet defined tolerances.
• Handle sensitive and delicate parts with care to avoid damage during assembly and movement.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections throughout the process to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Complete functional verifications and calibrations to confirm proper operation of assembled systems.

Required profile

• Experience working with aerospace or high‑precision industrial assemblies.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical work instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining tight tolerances.
• Capability to work safely with delicate turbine and propulsion components.
