Production Kitchen – Bakery & Pastry Chef

About the role

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is seeking an experienced Bakery & Pastry Chef to join its Production Kitchen team in the UAE. The role focuses on high‑volume production of breads, pastries, cakes, desserts and related bakery items while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a wide range of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts according to established recipes.
• Manage daily production schedules to meet volume targets and ensure consistent product quality.
• Monitor portion control, ingredient usage and waste to optimise efficiency.
• Maintain clean and hygienic workstations in compliance with food safety regulations.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate workflow and support peak‑time operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in bakery and pastry production.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques, recipes and presentation standards.
• Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment.
• Excellent teamwork, planning and organisational skills.
• Immediate availability is preferred.
