Production Manager – Wood Manufacturing

About the role

Alzan Wooden Industry LLC is seeking a Production Manager to lead its Umm Al Quwain factory. The role oversees the manufacturing of cubicles, doors, cabinets, lockers, kitchens and custom wood solutions, ensuring timely delivery and high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor daily production activities across all wood product lines.
• Supervise workshop teams, allocate resources and coordinate with design and installation departments.
• Maintain and troubleshoot woodworking machinery, tools and equipment.
• Ensure product quality, safety standards and environmental compliance.
• Control material usage, minimise waste and drive continuous process improvements.
• Track performance against targets and report to senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in production management within large‑scale woodworking or interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of joinery, cabinet manufacturing and veneer applications.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and quality control procedures.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management or a related field (preferred).
• Leadership ability to coach and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.
