Production Planning Supervisor

About the role

The Production Planning Supervisor will lead the creation and management of production schedules to ensure efficient operations and timely fulfillment of demand. Based in Dubai, you will coordinate activities across the factory, monitor inventory, and adjust plans to keep production on track.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed weekly production schedules based on monthly demand.
• Adjust schedules to address line failures or gaps, ensuring full SKU quantities are met each week.
• Monitor daily inventory stock and SKU coverage, taking actions to keep preforms and closures available for lines.
• Release production orders (POs) and track execution against the schedule.
• Prepare the monthly master production schedule.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or related fields.
• Experience in the FMCG food sector.
• Ability to lead planning functions and work collaboratively with production teams.
