Production Supervisor – Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

About the role

Vieco Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead its manufacturing operations in JAFZA, Dubai. The role ensures that all production activities adhere to cGMP standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily manufacturing operations and direct operators to achieve production targets.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP, company SOPs, and Good Documentation Practices.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well‑maintained equipment and workflow.
• Develop and update SOPs, BMRs, MMFs, BPRs, and MPFs for new products.
• Coordinate preventive and breakdown maintenance, calibration, and qualification with engineering.
• Work closely with Quality to guarantee process compliance and facilitate sampling and inspections.
• Manage raw material receipt and dispensing with the warehouse team.
• Provide training on updated procedures and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• B.Pharm or M.Pharm degree.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead production teams in a regulated environment.
