Product/Project Manager (Account Manager) – Fintech

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Product/Project Manager to own the EnterTrade B2B product line end‑to‑end. Based in Dubai, you will act as the central coordination point between IT and Sales and the main contact for clients after sale.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate between IT and Sales departments to ensure smooth handoff and alignment of client needs.
• Process and translate technical requirements between internal teams and clients.
• Manage communication via Telegram and Discord with clients and partners.
• Work with the Validator system as part of client onboarding and verification.
• Manage post‑sale client relationships, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing satisfaction.
• Coordinate with clients and the Support team to resolve issues and maintain service continuity.
• Act as liaison to ensure technical and business requirements are correctly understood and delivered.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Project/Product/Account Management, ideally within fintech, trading or B2B SaaS.
• Strong understanding of technical requirement gathering and cross‑department coordination.
• Comfortable using Telegram and Discord as primary client communication channels.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai.
