Program Director - Global Patriot Programs

About the role

Raytheon Emirates is seeking an experienced Program Director to lead the Global Patriot Programs portfolio in the United Arab Emirates. This senior position oversees technical assistance, engineering services, and business development while ensuring contractual and financial commitments are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor project staff to enhance business, financial, and project management capabilities.
• Manage the in‑country interface with the U.S. Government and local customers.
• Oversee technical assistance activities including SICO, fielding support, training, and depot support.
• Drive engineering services delivery and pursue follow‑on and new business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Raytheon’s standards of conduct and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate international travel within the region as required.

Required profile

• U.S. citizenship or U.S. person status.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active U.S. DoD Secret security clearance.
• Proven experience in program management within defense or aerospace sectors.
• Strong financial management and contractual compliance background.
• Willingness to relocate to the UAE for a long‑term assignment.
