Program Manager - Value Stream Implementation

About the role

The Program Manager will lead the enterprise‑wide implementation, adoption and continuous improvement of Value Stream Management practices across the bank. Reporting to senior leadership, the role coordinates Business, Technology, PMO, Agile Centre of Excellence, Architecture, Finance and Governance teams to embed value streams as the core delivery model for strategic change initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Define, operationalise and continuously improve value streams to align business outcomes with delivery execution.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to establish target operating models, governance frameworks, funding approaches and performance measures.
• Drive the transformation from traditional project‑based delivery to product and value‑stream‑based operating models.
• Provide executive‑level presentations and facilitate stakeholder alignment on transformation roadmaps.

Required profile

• University degree in Technology, Business Administration, Finance, Engineering or equivalent; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in large‑scale transformation, programme delivery or enterprise change management.
• 8‑10 years leading complex cross‑functional programmes in large organisations, preferably within banking or financial services.
• Proven track record implementing Agile at scale, product operating models and Value Stream Management frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing senior executives and handling confidential information.
