Project Account Manager – Construction Solutions

About the role

Hilti Emirates is seeking a Project Account Manager to act as the lead solutions consultant on large construction sites across the UAE. You will work directly on‑site, building strong relationships with contractors and ensuring they receive end‑to‑end support for safe and efficient project delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage assigned large construction jobsites and serve as the primary point of contact from inception to completion.
• Rapidly acquire technical product knowledge and tailor solutions to project‑specific requirements.
• Conduct product demonstrations, seminars, training sessions and workshops to showcase Hilti’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with all on‑site stakeholders and internal teams to drive initiatives and resolve issues.
• Troubleshoot challenges faced by contractors and coordinate timely solutions.
• Identify growth opportunities and propose actions to improve business performance.
• Maintain strong, long‑lasting client relationships and ensure coordination with the Sold‑to Account Manager for receivables.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years experience as a Sales or Key Account Manager in construction or related sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering with 2–3 years of sales experience.
• Experience with Oil & Gas projects or EPC companies is a plus.
• Proven project management abilities and exposure to construction jobsites.
• Strong business acumen, problem‑solving attitude and excellent communication skills.
