Project Architect – Interior Fit-Out (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Architect to lead interior fit‑out projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing design development through construction, ensuring compliance with specifications, and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver high‑quality outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage architectural works for interior fit‑out projects from design development through completion.
• Review and coordinate architectural, interior, MEP, and shop drawings.
• Ensure drawings and site execution comply with approved designs, specifications, and project requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, designers, project managers, and site teams.
• Review material samples, finishes, and mock‑ups for compliance with approved specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and monitor architectural quality and progress.
• Resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Review RFIs, material submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation.
• Ensure projects are delivered within required quality, time, and design standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Architecture or a relevant qualification.
• Mandatory UAE experience in interior fit‑out.
• Proven experience on commercial, F&B, hospitality, retail or similar fit‑out projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural detailing, finishes, and construction methods.
• Ability to manage multiple project requirements and work under deadlines.
• Candidates currently available in the UAE are preferred.
