Project Coordinator – AV & Lighting

About the role

XYZ Technologies is seeking a Project Coordinator – AV & Lighting to support project planning, documentation, procurement, logistics, inventory management and client coordination for AV and lighting projects in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in project planning and scheduling.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation.
• Coordinate procurement activities and manage supplier relationships.
• Oversee logistics and inventory management for AV and lighting equipment.
• Act as liaison with clients to ensure project requirements are met.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of project coordination experience, preferably in AV or lighting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Experience in procurement, logistics and inventory management.
• Basic knowledge of AV systems.
