Project Coordinator – Interior Fit‑Out

About the role

The Project Coordinator – Interior Fit‑Out will support the delivery of interior fit‑out and joinery projects by managing documentation, schedules, procurement and communication across internal teams, consultants, clients, suppliers and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with day‑to‑day coordination of interior fit‑out projects.
• Maintain project documentation, including drawings, approvals, reports and meeting minutes.
• Track progress, milestones and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Prepare and update project trackers, action lists and status reports.
• Coordinate submission and follow‑up of shop drawings, material submittals, samples and approvals.
• Work with procurement to monitor material orders, deliveries and site requirements.
• Arrange and facilitate project meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare weekly/monthly project reports for management review.
• Maintain records of RFIs, variations, inspections and correspondence.
• Support site teams with documentation and administrative tasks and assist in project handover activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business Administration or related field.
• 3–6 years of experience as a Project Coordinator on interior fit‑out or construction projects.
• Experience in the UAE/GCC region is preferred.
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and stakeholders.
