Project Coordinator – Wet Utilities (UAE National)

About the role

Egis Group is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join its engineering team in Dubai. The role focuses on coordinating wet utilities infrastructure projects, including water supply, sewage and drainage systems, while supporting senior engineers and project managers.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor project schedules, timelines and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise between senior engineers, contractors, clients and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation such as technical reports, feasibility studies and design specifications.
• Support site visits, inspections and field data collection for water supply networks and sewage treatment facilities.
• Assist in preparing detailed technical drawings and specifications using AutoCAD.
• Maintain accurate project records and ensure compliance with UAE water regulations and engineering codes.

Required profile

• Emirati national with a valid Family Book.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, project management or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient communication skills in written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD (or equivalent CAD software).
• Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with UAE water regulations, standards and local engineering codes.
• Basic understanding of wet utilities systems, hydraulics and hydrology.
