Project Delivery Manager – Large‑Scale Villa & Mixed‑Use Developments

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Delivery Manager to join a client‑side team in Abu Dhabi. You will own the end‑to‑end delivery of large‑scale villa, horizontal and mixed‑use developments, acting as the primary interface with contractors, consultants and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from concept and design through IFC, construction and final handover.
• Coordinate daily interactions with contractors, consultants and key stakeholders.
• Develop and implement project strategies, delivery plans, governance frameworks and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure constructability and alignment with project briefs.
• Lead value‑engineering initiatives to maximise cost efficiency.
• Control project information, change, risk, quality and overall delivery requirements.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and oversee multiple stakeholder groups.
• Maintain QA/QC standards and project KPIs throughout construction.
• Manage transition from construction to asset management and operator handover.
• Oversee defects liability period and resolve outstanding issues promptly.

Required profile

• 10–15+ years of relevant project delivery experience.
• Proven track record delivering large‑scale villa, horizontal or mixed‑use developments.
• Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle from planning to completion.
• Extensive experience managing contractors and commercial aspects.
• Excellent stakeholder, consultant and contractor management skills.
• Client‑side project delivery experience in the UAE.
• Outstanding communication, leadership and problem‑solving abilities.
