About the role
Pink Neon Advertising is seeking a Project Designer to lead the creative development of events and exhibition projects in Abu Dhabi. You will work closely with the Creative Director and Account Managers to translate brand objectives into immersive visual experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop innovative design concepts that exceed client expectations and align with brand identity.
- Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, design strategies, technology and innovation.
- Manage the full design lifecycle for events and exhibitions, from concept through to final production.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Apply audience‑engagement principles to create immersive experiences.
Required profile
- Strong visual storytelling ability.
- Experience in an events agency environment.
- Creative thinker and conceptualiser.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
- Knowledge of design techniques and precision technical planning.
Required skills
- Proficiency in 2D and 3D design tools.
