Project Development Manager

About the role

As a Project Development Manager at Agthia Group, you will own the end‑to‑end delivery of both new and existing product development projects within the Food & Beverage portfolio. You will translate customer and business requirements into commercially successful launches while ensuring projects stay on schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead existing product development (EPD) and commercialization projects from brief to launch.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely, on‑budget delivery aligned with business goals.
• Partner with R&D, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, Quality and other functions to coordinate activities.
• Develop structured project plans, drive governance, manage risks and oversee stage‑gate execution.
• Lead private‑label and customer‑specific development projects, securing approvals and launch readiness.
• Identify and implement improvements to reduce lead times and enhance cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Food Science, Food Engineering or a related field.
• 5–8 years of experience managing end‑to‑end product development and commercialization projects in the Food & Beverage industry.
• Proven track record with Existing Product Development (EPD) and/or New Product Development (NPD) projects.
• Experience handling private‑label or branded product development.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional teams and deliver outcomes on time and within budget.
• PMP certification or a relevant Master’s degree is an advantage.
