Project Director

About the role

Currie & Brown is seeking a Project Director to lead a high‑tech manufacturing project in Al Ain, UAE. You will be responsible for defining, planning and delivering the project while ensuring alignment with client expectations and corporate standards.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, develop delivery plans and implement control mechanisms.
• Lead the project team, manage performance and coordinate with Currie & Brown staff.
• Produce schedules, track budgets and highlight variances using established financial systems.
• Review and improve project processes based on industry best practice.
• Collaborate across the organisation to support effective delivery and stakeholder communication.
• Advise senior management on progress, risks and issues, proposing mitigation strategies.
• Maintain regular liaison with clients and stakeholders to keep them informed of progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Professional project management certification or accreditation.
• Proven leadership experience in both pre‑contract and post‑contract phases.
• Strong commercial acumen and contract administration expertise.
• Ability to act as a trusted advisor to clients.
