Project Engineer – Interior Fit‑Out (Dubai) – Immediate Joiner

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Project Engineer to lead interior fit‑out projects for commercial spaces in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from design coordination to final hand‑over, ensuring quality, safety and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage interior fit‑out projects for offices, retail outlets and restaurants from inception to completion.
• Coordinate daily with clients, architects, contractors and suppliers to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets and quality standards, preparing regular progress reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and Dubai construction codes.
• Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals and as‑built documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BE/BTech) in Civil Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in interior fit‑out of commercial spaces.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong project management and coordination abilities.

Required skills

• Civil engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency with project management tools and software.
• Knowledge of interior fit‑out processes and standards.
