Project Engineer – Interior Fitout

About the role

We are looking for a qualified Project Engineer to lead interior fit‑out works for a leading contractor in Dubai. You will supervise site activities, coordinate civil works, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, plan and execute all site civil works according to approved drawings and schedules.
• Monitor daily progress and coordinate trades and subcontractors.
• Inspect work for compliance with drawings, materials and quality standards.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports.
• Assist with quantity take‑offs, material requisitions and resource planning.
• Verify and certify subcontractor work and bills.
• Maintain safety protocols and site housekeeping.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of site execution experience in construction or fit‑out projects.
• UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Strong coordination, communication and leadership abilities.
