Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will lead the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans covering objectives, timelines, budgets, and required resources.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and engineers to produce detailed drawings and specifications.
• Oversee project execution, monitor construction progress, and ensure compliance with plans and specifications.
• Prepare project budgets, estimate costs, and control expenditures to stay within budget.
• Implement quality‑control procedures and verify that all work meets required standards.
• Identify project risks and devise mitigation strategies.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including schedules, design documents, and construction reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering project management.
• Strong knowledge of engineering principles, practices, and standards.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Project or similar project‑management software.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with SolidWorks.
