Project Engineer – Marine EPC Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to lead the planning, execution and coordination of marine EPC construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing engineering, procurement, subcontractor coordination and site construction activities to deliver projects safely, on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee marine construction works such as piling, dredging, reclamation, quay walls, jetties and breakwaters.
• Prepare and review technical submittals, shop drawings, method statements, material approvals and engineering documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement corrective actions to maintain schedules.
• Support procurement by evaluating materials, equipment and subcontractor requirements.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, contract conditions, QA/QC procedures and HSE standards.
• Participate in project planning, resource allocation and construction sequencing.
• Prepare progress reports, site records and technical correspondence.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in marine EPC construction projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex marine infrastructure works.
• Strong understanding of contract conditions and project controls.
