Project Engineer – Outsource (Abu Dhabi & Sharjah)

About the role

Assist the PMC in reviewing progress payment documents, conducting site‑visit inspections for progress payments and verifying and approving payment percentages. Prepare project files, breakdowns and cash‑flow forecasts. Review FTA cases, liaise with clients, examine tax invoices and draft VAT verification reports.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and review all project documentation.
• Coordinate meetings with owners, contractors and consultants.
• Verify progress‑payment percentages and prepare detailed cash‑flow breakdowns.
• Assess VAT refund eligibility, review VAT invoices and compile FTA reports.
• Ensure high‑quality report output for all deliverables.
• Monitor risk exposure and compliance within the PMC department.
• Provide a high level of customer service and professional company representation.
• Analyze business processes and propose efficiency‑enhancing solutions.
• Participate in in‑house training programs.

Required profile

• University degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar project‑engineer role.
• Strong communication abilities.
• Solid engineering knowledge and analytical skills.
