Project Engineer & Site Engineer – Construction (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking experienced Project Engineers and Site Engineers to lead on‑site construction activities in Dubai. The role involves ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and fully compliant with approved standards and regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily on‑site construction work.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and method statements for accuracy.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors and authorities to resolve technical issues.
• Conduct quality control checks, safety inspections and enforce compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and present regular progress reports.

Required profile

• Dubai Municipality approved with a valid SOE card (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, Dubai Municipality regulations and local authority requirements.
• Proven experience in site supervision, project coordination and contractor management.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple site activities efficiently.
• UAE driving licence preferred.
