Project Management Intern

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Project Management Intern to join our operations team in Dubai. You will support the coordination of multiple projects, ensuring timelines are met and communication flows smoothly between internal teams and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor team progress across all deliverables and flag any delays.
• Maintain and update master project trackers with accurate information.
• Prepare weekly call agendas and supporting materials.
• Take comprehensive notes during client‑facing and internal meetings.
• Draft detailed meeting minutes and circulate action items.
• Send internal reminders for deliverables and milestones, primarily via WhatsApp.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline).
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to ask questions and take initiative.
• Team‑player who thrives in a collaborative environment.
