Project Management Specialist – Languages Team

About the role

As a Project Management Specialist on Agoda’s Languages Team, you will ensure that the company’s products, campaigns and customer experiences are relevant and seamless for users worldwide. You will lead complex localization projects across more than 40 languages, balancing tight release schedules, stakeholder expectations and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end localization projects, from planning and estimation to delivery and post‑project follow‑up.
• Coordinate time‑sensitive workstreams across multiple languages and content types to meet product releases and marketing launches.
• Partner with product owners, engineers, marketing, legal, customer support and language experts to clarify requirements and ensure high‑quality outcomes.
• Manage external language vendors, overseeing assignments, timelines, performance, issue resolution and budget monitoring.
• Leverage AI‑powered translation and project‑management tools to automate processes, reduce manual effort and increase team efficiency.
• Identify risks early, resolve dependencies and remove bottlenecks to keep projects on track.
