Project Manager – Arabic Speaker

About the role

Xebia is seeking an experienced Project Manager who is fluent in Arabic to lead and deliver complex projects in Dubai. The role requires a strong blend of project management expertise, bilingual communication, and the ability to work across business, technology, and control functions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of project and product initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, manage risks, and guarantee timely milestone completion.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, prioritize, and refine project requirements.
• Conduct regular project meetings, status updates, and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies to drive iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Facilitate working groups, fostering collaboration between business, technology, and control functions.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non‑technical audiences, adapting style as needed.
• Identify, mitigate, and resolve project risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and governance requirements.
• Utilize project management tools such as Jira and MS Project for tracking and reporting.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory) and proficient in English.
• Experience working in Dubai or the broader UAE market.
• Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe).

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project methodologies.
• Proficiency with Jira and Microsoft Project.
• Ability to manage contractual obligations, governance, audits, and escalations.
