Project Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

Xebia is seeking an experienced Project Manager who is fluent in Arabic to lead end‑to‑end delivery of project and product initiatives in Dubai. The role requires a strong background in both Agile and traditional methodologies and the ability to align project outcomes with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage full project lifecycle, from planning to delivery, ensuring milestones are met on time.
• Develop detailed project plans, track progress, manage risks, and report status to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, prioritize, and refine requirements.
• Facilitate meetings, working groups, and status updates, fostering collaboration between business, technology, and control functions.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches as appropriate, driving iterative development and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and contractual obligations.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience.
• Fluent Arabic speaker (mandatory).
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CSM, or SAFe preferred.
• Proven ability to manage governance, audits, and escalations.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira and MS Project.
