Project Manager – B2B Projects (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of our B2B ticketing products and technical integrations. You will work closely with the Product Manager, development teams and external partners to turn ideas into market‑ready solutions while operating in a fully remote, distributed environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and run sprints, grooming sessions, retrospectives and daily stand‑ups, ensuring scope and carry‑over are controlled.
• Manage the release train: track statuses, fix versions, enforce review/merge SLAs and produce release notes.
• Coordinate dependencies across design, QA and other teams, closing loops promptly.
• Intake, triage and prioritize feature requests, operational tasks and data queries, converting valuable ideas into well‑formed tickets.
• Conduct quick discovery sessions to define value, scope and acceptance criteria.
• Build and maintain advanced Jira dashboards, JQL queries and automation rules, including AI‑driven automations.
• Ensure retro action items are logged, ticketed and reported until completion.
• Communicate technical capabilities and constraints to organisers, partners and, when needed, government bodies in clear language.

Required profile

• 4+ years of delivery management experience in web or product companies with distributed teams.
• Proficiency in Agile, Scrum and Waterfall project‑management frameworks.
• Strong technical aptitude – understanding of web and mobile technologies, APIs and development cycles.
• Experience with discovery practices: scoping, defining acceptance criteria and user‑centric thinking.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Daily use of AI/LLM tools and ability to build functional automations.
• Fluent in English and Russian, both written and spoken.
