Project Manager – Bridge Maintenance (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead bridge maintenance projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing all phases from planning to handover, ensuring quality, safety, and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall bridge maintenance project and site activities.
• Plan and monitor progress, manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Lead engineers, supervisors, technicians, foremen, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Monitor health, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Oversee bridge repair, rehabilitation, structural, concrete, painting, and related works.
• Resolve technical and site‑related issues.
• Prepare and review progress reports and documentation.
• Ensure timely completion and handover of projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in bridge maintenance or construction.
• Proven experience as a Project Manager on bridge/infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of UAE bridge and road infrastructure works; experience with Abu Dhabi Municipality projects is a plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Arabic speaking preferred.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own a car.
• Willingness to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
