Project Manager - Civil / Interior Projects

About the role

GREEN PREFAB FZE is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead civil construction and interior fit‑out projects in Sharjah. You will be responsible for overseeing projects from planning through handover, ensuring they meet quality, safety, budget and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise civil and interior projects from inception to completion.
• Monitor daily site progress and verify work against approved drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate material approvals, inspections and project requirements with consultants and clients.
• Identify delays or issues, implement corrective actions and maintain project schedules.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, manpower and site resources.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards.
• Prepare and submit progress reports and required documentation.
• Facilitate effective communication among client, consultant, site team and management.
• Deliver projects on time and ensure successful handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 5–10 years of proven experience in civil construction and interior fit‑out projects.
• Strong background in project planning, execution, coordination and site management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage subcontractors, suppliers and project schedules.
• Excellent understanding of consultant coordination and approval processes.
