Project Manager – Construction Projects (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large‑scale construction projects in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage construction projects from commencement to completion.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor project activities to ensure timely completion.
• Manage budgets, resources, manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensure works follow approved drawings, specifications, contracts, and quality standards.
• Monitor progress, productivity, costs, and overall performance.
• Enforce strict HSE compliance and UAE construction regulations.
• Review schedules and implement corrective actions to avoid delays.
• Resolve technical, contractual, and site‑related issues efficiently.
• Lead project teams and facilitate communication across departments.
• Prepare and review progress reports, documentation, and management updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of proven experience in building construction and contracting.
• Strong background in managing large‑scale construction projects.
• Excellent knowledge of construction methods, contracts, and site management.
• Leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with UAE contracting is highly preferred.
