Project Manager (Construction/Development)

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to lead construction and development projects for HZ Development in Dubai. The role involves planning, coordinating and delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocations and procurement strategies.
• Coordinate and oversee construction activities, ensuring adherence to schedules and specifications.
• Evaluate, select and manage contractors and subcontractors based on qualifications and cost‑effectiveness.
• Monitor project progress, track KPIs and report status to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, local building codes and legal requirements.
• Manage project documentation such as contracts, permits, drawings and change orders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction project management with a proven record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes and safety regulations.
