About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Dubai design team. The role involves overseeing hospitality and residential design projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables and client expectations are met.
Key responsibilities
- Define and maintain project timelines and monitor deliverables.
- Update stakeholders on progress and coordinate design activities.
- Manage design coordination and integration across architectural and engineering disciplines.
- Handle contract administration and client relationship management.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 years of professional experience, including at least 8 years on hospitality and residential design projects.
- At least 5 years of experience working in the UAE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
