Project Manager – Enterprise Technology Projects

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead enterprise technology initiatives, including ERP, CRM, system integration and cloud‑migration projects for our clients in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering complex projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards while coordinating cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of ERP, CRM, integration and cloud‑migration projects.
• Define scope, milestones, deliverables and resource plans in partnership with sponsors.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts and financial reporting with full transparency.
• Coordinate consultants, developers, architects and client personnel across distributed, multi‑vendor teams.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks; resolve issues and remove blockers.
• Facilitate governance meetings, steering committees and status reporting to executive stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies and quality standards.
• Handle change requests, scope adjustments and contract amendments.

Required profile

• 5+ years of project management experience in enterprise IT or consulting.
• Proven track record delivering ERP, CRM or integration projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.
• Experience with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira and Azure DevOps.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification preferred.
• Experience managing distributed and multi‑vendor delivery teams.
