Project Manager - Entertainment and Events

About the role

Arada is looking for a highly organized, commercially‑minded Project Manager to lead large‑scale entertainment and live‑event projects across the United Arab Emirates. The role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, ensuring each event meets brand, safety and quality standards while staying on schedule and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in end‑to‑end planning, execution and delivery of entertainment and live‑event projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, budgets and resource allocations from concept through post‑event handover.
• Identify risks early and create mitigation and contingency plans.
• Prepare event briefs, scopes of work and presentation decks for internal approvals and external partners.
• Manage complex logistics, including production, suppliers, staffing, permits and on‑site operations.
• Liaise with cross‑functional internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, legal, commercial) and external vendors, agencies, sponsors and partners.
• Support partnership development, sponsorship activations and brand collaborations linked to events.

Required profile

• Strong background in live‑event, entertainment or hospitality‑driven experiences (preferably agency or corporate).
• Exceptional project and logistics management abilities.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple stakeholders in fast‑paced environments.
• Hands‑on, detail‑oriented and strategic mindset.
• Ability to translate creative concepts into executable plans while maintaining brand standards.
