Project Manager External Customer Projects

About the role

You will join the core global project execution team, representing the project in the United Arab Emirates and acting as a reliable partner for internal and external customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead or support execution of external customer projects in the region.
• Ensure project results meet time, quality and financial targets.
• Represent the project to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary, intercultural team.
• Share knowledge with the wider project management community and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Engineering, natural science or management degree.
• Project Management Certification (PM@Siemens or IPMA).
• Proven experience in project management for power‑plant or comparable projects, with solid commercial and contractual understanding.
• Experience in construction site operations and team leadership.
• Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic and German knowledge is a plus.
• Structured, result‑driven approach with entrepreneurial mindset.
