Project Manager Future Campus Development

About the role

We are seeking a Project Manager to lead the development of our Future Campus in Abu Dhabi. The role will oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept and feasibility through to hand‑over, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans covering scope, milestones, budgets, risks and approvals.
• Lead projects from initial concept through feasibility studies, procurement readiness and transition to execution.
• Translate strategic, operational and technical requirements into clear briefs, business cases and scopes of work.
• Serve as the primary coordination point among Operations, Engineering, Finance, Procurement, Legal, Facilities, IT, Security, HSE and external consultants.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, management reviews and decision‑making processes.
• Prepare and present progress reports, risk assessments and recommendations to senior leadership and approval committees.
• Support contract development, procurement activities and evaluation in partnership with Procurement and Legal.
• Monitor third‑party service providers during the development stage and ensure readiness for hand‑over to delivery teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven experience managing large‑scale development or construction projects.
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross‑functional teams and external advisors.
• Strong understanding of facilities management, real‑estate development and regulatory environments.
• Excellent risk‑management and problem‑solving capabilities.
