About the role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead initiatives within the General Insurance (motor insurance) domain in Dubai. The role involves overseeing full project lifecycles, ensuring timely delivery, and aligning outcomes with business objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Drive end‑to‑end project delivery from initiation to closure.
- Coordinate cross‑functional teams to achieve project milestones.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate progress effectively.
- Monitor project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing corrective actions as needed.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of project management experience, preferably in General Insurance or motor insurance.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, listening, and articulation skills.
- Strong coordination capabilities and ability to work with diverse teams.
