Project Manager - High-Rise Construction

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑rise building projects in Dubai. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning and procurement to construction and handover, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of high‑rise construction projects, from planning through handover.
• Develop and control project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, suppliers, and government authorities.
• Monitor progress, enforce milestones, and conduct site inspections and progress reviews.
• Review contractor performance, ensure compliance with contracts, specifications, and quality standards.
• Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues.
• Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations, local authority requirements, and company policies.
• Prepare regular management reports and status updates for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field.
• PMP certification highly preferred.
• Minimum 10 + years of experience in construction project management, specifically high‑rise residential, commercial or mixed‑use towers.
• Proven experience managing main contractors, subcontractors and consultants.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts (FIDIC preferred) and local UAE building regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
