Project Manager – Hotel Construction Delivery

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of hotel construction projects. The role involves ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards while supporting the Project Director.

Key responsibilities

• Provide a high‑standard service that meets Mirage’s expectations and industry best practice.
• Identify improvement opportunities in delivery plans and implement corrective actions.
• Manage a project or project section, driving quality, programme and budget targets.
• Assist in the administration of construction contracts.
• Organise and lead value‑engineering workshops.
• Conduct regular progress updates in collaboration with the Planning Manager.
• Provide input for the assessment and adjudication of contractor delay claims.

Required profile

• University degree in Project Management, Building or a related field.
• 12‑15 years of progressive experience in project management within the construction industry.
• Proven experience delivering hotel or hospitality‑scale projects.
• UAE construction experience is preferred.
• Active membership of a relevant professional institution is an advantage.
