Project Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead infrastructure projects in the UAE. You will work closely with the Project Director, clients, consultants and contractors to ensure successful delivery of complex construction initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Project Director in delivering assigned infrastructure project components.
• Develop scope of work and contribute to detailed project execution plans.
• Establish, monitor and control project schedules across all disciplines.
• Oversee day‑to‑day execution, including budget tracking, cost control and invoice review.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and authorities to resolve design and construction issues.
• Identify risks, opportunities and mitigation measures and ensure proactive resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 12 years of experience delivering infrastructure projects, preferably in a PMC environment.
• Proactive problem‑solving approach and strong stakeholder liaison skills.
