Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out

About the role

The Project Manager – Interior Fit-Out will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of interior fit‑out projects in Abu Dhabi. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget and to the required quality standards while managing all stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of interior fit‑out projects from mobilisation to handover.
• Develop and monitor schedules, budgets, resource plans and procurement activities.
• Lead project teams, site personnel, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, architects, MEP contractors and other stakeholders.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs and contracts to ensure compliance.
• Identify risks, delays and technical issues and implement corrective actions.
• Control project costs, variations and subcontractor performance.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to senior management.
• Ensure health, safety, quality and environmental standards are met.
• Oversee snagging, testing, commissioning and final handover.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing interior fit‑out projects.
• Proven track record with an established interior fit‑out contractor.
• Experience in commercial, hospitality, retail, residential or high‑end interior projects.
• Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
